Capability Search
The Capability Guide is the core of the NWAA. This service showcases all of our members to the Aerospace Industry. The online version of the guide provides a powerful and flexible, user friendly tool for procurement professionals around the world to search through the wide range of Aerospace Capabilities that our Membership has at their disposal. NWAA members can manage their own profiles online allowing them to optimise their listing to be seen by as many potential customers as possible.
To access the Capability Guide Search, either follow the link from the home page or select the ‘Capability Search’ option in the main menu.
Using the Search Tool
There are three ways the Capability Guide Search Tool can be used:
Submit a Manual Search Enquiry – On the Capability Search homepage, selecting the ‘Manual Search Enquiry’ button will take you to a page where you may enter the exact details of the company or capability you are searching for. This will submit your enquiry directly to the NWAA where we will manually answer your query and provide you with the most suitable solution.
Search by Keyword – You may enter a generic search term in the ‘Enter your search text’ field and click submit. This will filter through our entire database of members and select those which include the term you have searched for. You may then filter the results further by selecting any other required criteria at the top of the search results to look for a more specific result.
Filter using the set capability criteria – If you start off by selecting the ‘View All Companies’ option, you may then filter down the full membership list by a number of specific set criteria available at the top of the search results. This includes looking for a company that is involved in a certain aerospace activity (ranging from manufacturing or service activities), already operate in specific sectors or regions and have specific certifications or Tier 1/OEM approvals. Or any combination of these.
You may also use the guide to lookup contact details of any specific member by selecting them under the ‘Please select a company’ option.
Updating your Member Company’s profile
Registered users of Member Company’s can update their company’s online capability guide entry themselves. This is done by logging in, then selecting the ‘Company Profile’ option on the top menu. Here, you may make any amends you require and then submit this which will update your company’s entry instantly.
