ASCE Programme Current Status

Cohort 1 – joined the programme in December 2006.

Companies in Cohort 1 have completed their initial Benchmarking assessment against the Learner to World Class Model and have presented their improvement plans, Company vision and high level objectives to the Steering Group. The companies are in the process of receiving training to assist their Policy deployment.

 

Cohort 2 – Joined the programme in March 2007

Companies in Cohort 3 have completed the initial Benchmarking Assessment.  And the results have been presented to the Management Teams at formal Benchmarking Feedback sessions. Cohort 3 companies are currently working with their Mentors on Policy Development and will go on to present the company improvement plans, vision and high level objectives to the Steering Group in March and April 2008.

 

Cohort 4 – Due to join the programme in April 2008

 

The companies for Cohort 4 have been selected by the Steering Group and formal approaches are due to be made over the next few weeks
