Supply Chain Workshops
There are a series of interactive workshops planned for 2008.
The workshops help identify weaknesses in the North West supply chain, develop common solutions and targeted assistance, promote collaborative working and share best practice.
Input from the Workshops has also had a crucial role in the development of the Supply Chain Excellence Programme and has helped outline the areas within companies that the Programme needs to concentrate on.
