10th NWAA Supply Chain Workshop welcomes Paul Burns, Supply Chain Director – US Programme, BAE Systems.
We are delighted to theme our next new NWAA Supply Chain Workshop around one of our industry’s most pressing concerns; new product introduction. Developing new products or transferring product from customer to supplier can be a very difficult activity in even the best aerospace and defence companies. For many years the aerospace and defence industry has used the First Article Inspection (FAI) approach but is increasingly adopting the automotive Product Part Approval Process (PPAP).
In our workshop we are delighted to welcome Paul Burns, Supply Chain Director - US Programmes, BAE Systems to explain how a large customer manages new product introduction. Later we will hear from John Roche how Hycrome Aerospace are implementing the APQP/PPAP process. As ever, we will deliver our interactive sessions where all attendees will get an opportunity to discuss how New Product Introduction is impacting their business and what we can all do to improve. There will be lots of opportunities for networking and understanding what NWAA can do to support your business. Click here to book your ticket today.
