NAA Networking Event, Productivity Upskilling, Leyland Trucks
Overview
Apprenticeships are helping to plug the skills gaps for automotive manufacturers. Apprenticeships are not just for new employees; they can offer businesses a low-cost way of retaining and upskilling their best staff. Available from Level 2 to Level 7, apprenticeships can support an individual in their continuing professional development and help bring profitability back into the business.
The new apprenticeship standards have been designed by employers and are fit for purpose. Also, if you are a Levy Payer, they are a great way to use the pot in a way that works for you.
This event will start at 11am with a workshop, specifically looking at utilising and accessing The Levy Pot. Please state if you wish to attend this morning workshop on the Eventbrite registration.
