The NWAA is the most advanced cluster management organisation in the region, reaching some 750 companies throughout the country and with an active membership of over 380.
The range of support provided by the NWAA covers:

Whatever the size of your company, there are real advantages to engaging with the NWAA. The region has a long history of aerospace develompent and we must continually evolve and improve to maintain our position.
Our mission is to provide a fully integrated support structure for North West aerospace and defence companies and in doing so, make a real contribution to the North West aerospace industry.

SME | Small and Medium sized Companies
A company that is a small or medium sized company, and is not a member of a large group. A company that fulfils the criteria laid down in the European Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC which is summarised in the table below. In addition to the staff headcount ceiling, a company qualifies as an SME if it meets either the turnover ceiling or the balance sheet ceiling, but not necessarily both. |
