BAE are currently training a number of Apprentices from various different company’s some of which are in the BAE supply chain. This year though BAE are looking to take on a further 25 apprenticeship places as part of the funded Employer Ownership of Skills Programme.
If you’re an SME within the BAE Supply Chain that is involved in the manufacture and process of components, tools and other production line equipment and you’re looking to take on apprentices then this will be of interest to you. BAE will support companies from recruitment through to completion of the apprenticeship, while allowing them to receive the same training as BAE apprentices and sharing the BAE training facilities.
This is an opportunity for SME’s to increase skill levels of young people therefore contributing to the overall effectiveness and development of growth within the aerospace industry.
