Farnborough International Air Show 2016 will go down as one of the most memorable to date. We will always remember the flooding of the exhibition on Monday, the first display from the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter on Tuesday, and the visit of Tim Peake (European Space Agency Astronaut and International Space Station Crew Member) to the show on Futures Day.
The show was clearly a huge success for NWAA’s exhibitors as I’ve never seen the meeting tables busier. Boeing celebrated its 100th Birthday at the show and NWAA organised for Boeing to visit our stand on Thursday to spend a couple of hours with our exhibitors to understand what they could do for Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
As one show ends, preparation for the next begins. We were delighted by the strong interest from our exhibitors, intent to represent their organisations on a global stage at Paris International Air show 2017. We look forward to providing NWAA exhibitors with the service and introductions they need for a successful Paris Air show’.
‘Many thanks for the tremendous support that NWAA provided last week at the Farnborough Air Show 2016, where we were a first time exhibitor. You really did look after us so well, where nothing that we asked was too much trouble, thanks again’
‘The show was a great success for our business and we look forward to expanding our presence with you at the Paris Air Show next June.’
‘It was great to work with NWAA last week and thanks again for everything’
‘It was a busy week. Thank you very much for all your support.’
‘Thank you all in your efforts to support our first attendance at a Farnborough show. We were very pleased that we were able to have a presence on the floor of the show through our participation in the NWAA booth. As a newcomer to the show, we needed to get out to potential customers and not expect them to find us, but the combination of having a show “address” and a place to meet served to achieve this particular requirement very well’.
