The training can be delivered as a 2 day classroom course or as e-learning.
The 2 day workshop designed to introduce people to a structured approach to planning, managing and controlling a project.
Individuals working for less than 24 months as Project Managers, team leaders and those working on the periphery of projects and project management will benefit from this course.
The course finishes with the 1 hour multiple choice exam, which upon successful completion gives delegates the recognised APM Introductory Certificate.

The 2 day course can be arranged in house for groups or for individuals on a public basis.
The standard price of a 2 day APMIC course is £665 + VAT per person. The price for NWAA members is £565 + VAT per person.
The e-learning is normally £399 + VAT including the exam fee. The price for NWAA members is £299 + VAT.
Both the classroom training and the e-learning are accredited by APM. The training is supplied by an Accredited Training Organisation
