NGCW: Issues for Consideration
There is a limit to the number of companies we can invite to the Llandudno event but in order to try to ensure we capture the regions potential, we invite you to register interest with us. Before you register, you need to consider the following points:
• Shared Services will be an active element
• Collaboration and the extended enterprise will be mandatory
• Innovation and investment in technology development is an essential element
• Continuous improvement through innovation will be the expected behavior
• 5 Sigma plus performance will be expected
• Risk sharing for Tier 1's is expected and may cascade lower to Tier 2
• Smaller companies need to consider interfaces (Tier 1 & 2)
• Key differentiators will be expected
• Long term contracts will be the norm
• Carbon composites skills capacity and manufacturing capacity will be a key driver
