How Lancastrians Can Break Into Space
23 June | 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The LEP will be holding an event on the evening of 23 June to start the Space conversation in Lancashire with industry, academia and student groups. The event follows strategic work on a national, regional and local level around the emerging Space sector and aims to act as a starting point for further engagements.
Join us at Lancaster’s state-of-the-art digital tech hub, Fraser House, from 6pm on Thursday 23 June 2022 to learn more about what is happening in the Space sector, Lancashire’s ambitions and how you can get involved.
Whether you are a student, academic or represent a small or large business, this event is one for you. The Space sector holds huge opportunities for Lancashire’s businesses and residents alike, and for people from both scientific and non-scientific backgrounds.
Supported by a diverse set of speakers from government and academia, this informal aspiration event is a great chance to network, learn more about the sector and its range of opportunities, while considering how together we can make a positive contribution to the North West and wider UK Space economy.
Refreshments will be available for all attendees on arrival. Details of speakers to be announced in the run-up to the event.
