DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with the North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA) & Aerospace Wales (AW)\, the ATI Hub will be hosting a Aerospace Innovator Bootcamp\n📅 Date: Thursday 10th July \n⏰ Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM \n📍 Venue: Blackburn\, Lancashire \n  \nAbout this event: \nThe ‘Aerospace Innovator Bootcamp’ offers SMEs and startups in the aerospace supply chain or relevant adjacent sectors an opportunity to gain a comprehensive overview of the Aerospace Technology Institute’s (ATI) technology strategy and find out what funding and support mechanisms are available.  Attendees will have an opportunity to hear from an Aerospace Industry Leader and the ATI Programme Delivery team about: \n\nthe funding mechanisms\nprocesses and assessment criteria\n\nLed by the ATI Hub in collaboration with the North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA) and Aerospace Wales (AW)\, the day will cover \n\nan overview of the ATI technology strategy and roadmaps.\nan introduction to the ATI funding programmes and funding process.\na clinic on how to use the ATI toolkit\, including the market model and the aircraft trade calculator.\n\nThe afternoon will also offer an opportunity to deep dive into two technology areas with specialist ATI technologists\, with potential topics including Additive Manufacturing\, Propulsion Technologies\, Digital Manufacturing or Electric Systems. \nThe day will finish with an option to tour the AMRC facilities and find out more about the AMRC’s work in the aerospace and other sectors. \n  \nWhy attend?\nThis bootcamp will be of interest to: \n\nSMEs and Startups developing innovative aerospace with spillover to adjacent technologies.\nSuppliers seeking insight into ATI technology strategy.\nResearchers and academic teams looking to engage with industry.\n\n  \nAttendees will: \n\nHear directly from the ATI and an Aerospace Industry Leader on technology roadmaps and funding opportunities.\nLearn about practical tools and support available for aerospace innovators.\nJoin deep-dive sessions to explore ATI’s focus areas in detail.\nNetwork with technology peers\, industry leaders\, and potential collaborators.\n\nIf you’re building technology relevant to UK aerospace innovation\, this is your chance to understand the landscape and connect with the right people. \n  \nRegister your interest in this event below:  \n  \nPLEASE NOTE: Full Venue Location will be disclosed once you have registered.
