DESCRIPTION:Lockheed Martin & RTC North are hosting a Space and Defence Readiness event in Liverpool City Centre on 20th September 2023 \nThis event will provide a focused series of presentations covering the role and importance of SMEs\, routes into the MOD and how to do business with the space and defence sectors. \nPresentations will include Lockheed Martin providing an update on their activities in the North West region / UK – together with an insight on developing ways to increase their own engagement with SME’s. \nFurther presentations include: \n• Ministry of Defence (MOD and their SME and supply chain team)• Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) • JOSCAR – (Aerospace\, Defence and Security Sector supplier accreditation register) • RTC North (Business improvement and innovation for NW companies) \nThis is an exclusive opportunity alongside over 150+ like-minded businesses to attend the event. There will be time allocated to network with speakers\, business support and peer groups before and after the presentations. There will also be an opportunity for Q & A after each round of presentations. \n  \nPlease be aware that the invite will be limited to two delegates per organisation and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis so we would advise to secure your place at your earliest convenience. \nMake sure to register and we will be in touch once all details of the event are finalised.
