AMS and Xacom Deliver Bespoke Primavera P6 Training Programme for AWE Project Teams

Xacom has successfully partnered with AMS, a leading recruitment and training provider for the defence sector, to design and deliver a customised Primavera P6 training programme for project controls professionals supporting the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE).

Spanning multiple cohorts throughout 2025, the initiative provided in-person, experiential training for more than 60 professionals, aligning with AWE’s stringent project control standards and operational procedures.

Meeting Complex Training Demands

The collaboration addressed several key challenges, including the need for bespoke course design, rapid iteration of content based on feedback, and alignment with the high standards of the nuclear defence industry. AMS required a partner capable of delivering tailored content within tight timescales while ensuring precision, professionalism, and measurable learning outcomes.
