Olsen Actuators & Drives Appoints Jenny Jones as Managing Director to Lead Next Phase of Growth

Daresbury, October 2025 – Olsen Actuators & Drives, a market leader in roller screw electro-mechanical actuators and motion control, is excited to announce the appointment of Jenny Jones as their new Managing Director, effective from September 2025.

Jenny brings exceptional insight, energy and leadership to guide Olsen in its next chapter of growth. With more than two decades in the aerospace industry and an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University, she brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Her career started as an aerostructures apprentice, then progressing through roles in quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Looking to the future, Jenny’s vision is to lead Olsen Actuation during their new growth, in particular, concentrating on technological leadership, customer partnerships and operational excellence.

She is passionate about advancing actuation technologies that not only meet today’s demands for performance and reliability, but also anticipate tomorrow’s challenges, from energy efficiency and digital integration to environmental responsibility.
