Our 4Quality approach is a simple idea: quality must be managed as a system, not a final step. Here are the four layers.

1. Qualification (start with the right partners)
   High-precision work starts with the right factory fit. We qualify manufacturing partners for capability, equipment, process discipline, and communication—not just price. The goal is to ensure the supplier can consistently hit tolerances, finishes, and packaging requirements before the first PO is placed.

2. Quality planning (lock down “what good looks like”)
   Before production, we align on the details that typically create rework and delays: drawings, critical features, inspection methods, finishing requirements, labeling, and packaging. This reduces ambiguity and prevents late-stage surprises.

3. Quality control (verify at the moments that matter)
   Waiting until final inspection is where quality programs fail. We use checkpoints during production—so issues surface early, when fixes are faster and cheaper. When needed, we document inspection results and confirm conformance before shipment.

4. Quality improvement (fix root causes, not symptoms)
   When something goes wrong, the question isn’t “Can we replace the parts?” It’s “How do we prevent recurrence?” We drive corrective actions that address root cause and improve the process—not just the one order.
