Successfully certified to TISAX, VDA 6.4 and DIN EN ISO 9001: MAPAL Dr. Kress SE & Co. KG meets the highest standards in information security and quality
MAPAL Dr. Kress SE & Co. KG, headquartered in Aalen, successfully completed the TISAX certification at Assessment Level 3 in April 2026, thereby meeting the highest requirements for confidentiality and availability. In the same month, the certifications according to VDA 6.4 or DIN EN ISO 9001 were renewed.
Especially in the automotive industry and in sensitive development and production processes, robust security and quality standards are becoming increasingly important. Customers in the automotive sector expect the protection of sensitive data. In recent months, MAPAL has systematically further developed its existing information security processes and enhanced both technical and organisational measures. The goal was to establish a consistently high and transparent level of security across the company. To this end, structures were systematically expanded, responsibilities clearly defined, and processes standardised.
With the certified TISAX Assessment Level 3, MAPAL meets key requirements of many customers in the automotive industry while also strengthening the foundation for existing and future collaborations.
Successful surveillance audits of the quality management system at several sites
As part of the matrix certification, successful surveillance audits of the quality management system in accordance with VDA 6.4 or DIN EN ISO 9001 were conducted at several MAPAL Group sites in April 2026. In this context, external auditors confirmed the effectiveness and compliance of the internal quality management processes, as well as the commitment of the involved departments to continuous improvement and high quality standards.
