Parker Precision appoints new Managing Director following acquisition

Precision engineering specialist Parker Precision has appointed Steve Turner as its new Managing Director, replacing Marc Corns.

The change in leadership follows the successful acquisition of Parker Precision by Brookhouse Aerospace in December 2025.

With a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles across Tier 1 aerospace supply chain organisations, Steve brings to the business a proven track record of operational excellence.

“This appointment reflects our commitment to further strengthen Parker Precision’s capabilities and maintain the highest standards of quality, reliability and service,” said Matthew Rossiter, CEO of Brookhouse Aerospace. “Steve’s collaborative approach to working with customers, suppliers and teams will support our continued focus on driving continuous improvement and sustainable growth.”

Prior to the appointment, Steve worked closely with the business over the past five months in a post-acquisition integration role, gaining insight into Parker Precision’s people, operations and customers.

“We would also like to thank Mark Corns for his continued support during this transition,” added Matthew. “Marc continues to work with the business to ensure a smooth handover and continuity for our customers and partners.”

With over 260 employees, Brookhouse Aerospace is a build to print aero-structures specialist providing composites, fabrication, machining, treatments and engineering expertise. Dedicated to elevating excellence across civil and defence aerospace sectors, it delivers solutions for major organisations such as BAE Systems, Airbus and Rolls-Royce.
