We’re pleased to share this opportunity with NWAA members: Winsearch’s 2nd HR Leadership Forum, a free event bringing together employment law experts, HR leaders and specialist partners for a focused mid-morning on the current Employment Rights changes.

Agenda:

1️⃣ Employment Rights Act Update: Simon Bloch – Simon returns to unpack the latest developments on the Employment Rights Act, giving attendees a clear picture of what the changes mean in practice.

2️⃣ ACAS Update: Tracey Boylin – Tracey shares insights from the ACAS working group she sits on in Parliament, offering a timely look at what’s being discussed and how it could affect employers.

3️⃣ Panel Discussion: Real-Time Effects and Preparation – Simon and Tracey are joined by Claire Vaughan (McBride) and Sam Amos (SafeRec) for a panel discussion exploring the real time effects of these changes and the practical steps businesses can take to prepare.

Lunch is provided, and there’s plenty of time to network with like-minded HR professionals, as well as an opportunity to meet the Winsearch team and find out more about how they support employers across the North West with permanent recruitment.
