DMA Introduces MPS63: Proven Accuracy. Enhanced Usability. Ultra-Compact Design.
D. Marchiori (DMA), a leading supplier of high-accuracy Air Data Test Sets and GSE tools to the international aviation industry, has launched the MPS63 Ultra Compact Digital Air Data Test Set.
Building on DMA’s long-standing expertise in air data testing, the MPS63 is the third-generation evolution of the established MPS43 legacy ADTS. It combines the proven accuracy and performance customers expect from DMA with a modern, highly intuitive user experience and a compact, lightweight design.
Designed for flight-line applications, the MPS63 puts key test information clearly at the technician’s fingertips. Its enhanced widescreen colour touchscreen displays commanded and measured air data values simultaneously, supporting faster testing and more efficient troubleshooting.
The MPS63 uses accurate absolute and differential pressure sensing, with sensor characterisation providing high-accuracy performance, reduced warm-up time and accuracy suitable for RVSM applications. Calibration is performed through software, with no mechanical adjustment required.
A rugged, splashproof enclosure, low power consumption and removable lithium battery, providing up to two hours of backup operation, support demanding field environments.
For flexible operation, the MPS63 supports integrated Wi-Fi for tablet control (IOS and Android), with optional wired or Bluetooth remote units and ADWIN PC software. Integrated safety limits protect both the test set and Unit Under Test, while optional manifolds enable simultaneous testing of multiple probes and sensors.
The MPS63 combines DMA’s proven air data accuracy with a modern, intuitive interface and genuinely portable design, delivering advanced test capability in a format built around the needs of today’s aviation technicians.
The MPS63 is available through the Evolution Measurement Group of companies: EvoMesure (France) and EvoMestec (DACH), EvoMisure (Italy) alongside Evolution Measurement Ltd (UK and Ireland) and Evolution Measurement Inc (USA).
