A distinctive feature of this eLearning system is the concept of the “Storefront.” This innovation provides a central repository of learning content that customers can download from to their systems, whether installed on-premises or on a hosted environment.

Additionally, companies with multiple sites can efficiently manage and distribute learning content to their business units individually. This allows them to handle group-level training requirements plus courses specifically tailored to each site, for example, building fire safety requirements.

Because the software is part of the Singlepoint QMS ecosystem, learning content can be embedded into all areas of the software, including the specialized training and competency modules. This ensures that employees are signposted to learning in a live environment as they perform their tasks. This synchronization aligns people with learning precisely when it is required.
