Brookhouse Aerospace completes acquisition of Parker Precision

Darwen-based aerospace engineering business, Brookhouse Aerospace, has acquired Parker Precision.

Based in Bilston, Wolverhampton, Parker Precision specialises in providing precision engineering capabilities across a range of industry sectors.

Kenny Worth, Executive Chairman of Brookhouse Aerospace, said: “Following our recent investment in a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Darwen, Lancashire and the installation of significant new machining capabilities, the acquisition of Parker Precision is just the next step in our mission to build a leading mid-market company servicing aerospace and defence industries.

“The expanded organisation will allow Brookhouse to offer its customers a much broader product and service offering and will add considerable value as we look to grow even further. In this regard we continue to evaluate, and are actively seeking, suitable additional opportunities.”

Brookhouse Aerospace, owned by Nord Aerospace Holdings, specialises in providing build to print aero-structure solutions across civil and defence aerospace sectors. In 2024 it expanded with the addition of a new 41,000 sq ft machining facility and head office.

Over recent months the manufacturing and engineering business, which employs 210 people at its Darwen Campus, has also invested over £500k in machinery to extends its capabilities, opened up internal capabilities to meet increased market demand and secured funding, as part of a consortium, for an innovate manufacturing solution.

Parker Precision, which employees 35 people, will continue to operate from its Midlands base as part of the Brookhouse Aerospace group – delivering high quality, innovative and sustainable solutions for its customers while contributing to the growth of the organisation.
