Important Changes to NWAA Event & Booking Procedures

Following the disruption to a recent event caused by protest activity outside a secured venue, this has prompted NWAA to review and strengthen our event booking processes moving forward.

 

As a result, NWAA are now making immediate changes to the way we manage event bookings and share event information:

 

• Event locations will no longer be published publicly, including on our website/ promotional materials/social media.
• When booking future events, updated delegate information will be required, and location details will only be shared once your booking is confirmed.
• We kindly ask that you do not share venue details with third parties, or via social media or other communications channels, due to the sensitive nature of our work and the industries we support.

 

These changes are designed to better protect our member delegates, partners, and venues, and to ensure the safe and smooth running of all NWAA events in future.
