Kyocera SGS Announces Sales Leadership Update to Support Long-Term European Growth

Kyocera SGS Precision Tools Europe Ltd has announced an update to its European sales leadership structure, supporting continued growth and long-term strategic focus across the UK and European markets.

From 1 January 2026, Dave Colton began his next phase towards retirement, transitioning into the role of EU Business Development Manager, at the same time Damian Ward has been promoted to Sales Director, assuming responsibility for sales strategy and performance across the region.

During his tenure as Sales Director, Dave Colton has played a pivotal role in the company’s success, leading sales growth to record levels in 2025 and supporting successful diversification into new markets, including the medical and power generation sectors.

Commenting on the announcement, Hugh Welch, Managing Director of Kyocera SGS, said:
