Vericut Showcases Advanced Manufacturing Intelligence and Optimisation at MACH 2026
Vericut is pleased to announce its participation at MACH 2026, where the company will demonstrate the latest advancements in CNC simulation, verification, and optimisation.
Visitors to stand 20-219, will see how Vericut helps manufacturers improve machining efficiency, reduce scrap, and increase confidence in even the most complex CNC programs. The latest release delivers enhanced performance, improved usability, and expanded functionality to support advanced machining strategies across aerospace, automotive, energy, and general engineering applications.
Vericut will highlight its proven optimisation solutions, Vericut Optimizer and Vericut Force, which improve NC programs for reduced cycle times and more stable cutting conditions. Vericut Optimizer is a standalone optimisation solution that works directly from NC code and does not require Vericut Verification, while Vericut Force is an add-on module to Vericut Verification, enabling force-based feed rate optimisation within a fully verified digital twin.
Vericut will also showcase its new AI-driven capabilities, including Vericut Intelligence and Vericut Assistant. Vericut Intelligence (VI) is a cutting-edge, AI-driven solution that acts as a centralised knowledge resource for all Vericut software offerings. Complementing VI, Vericut Assistant (VA) focuses on guiding users through practical applications of Vericut’s features.
Vericut will also showcase its proven ICAM integration. Icam Post-Processors don’t just generate optimised NC code; they connect directly with Vericut to verify it before it reaches the shop floor, reducing post-processing errors and accelerating time to production.
Finally, attendees will receive a preview of Vericut 9.7, highlighting upcoming enhancements focused on greater automation, performance improvements, and expanded support for next-generation machining technologies.
“Manufacturers today need more than just verification — they need true optimisation,” said Scott Ravenscroft, Sales Manager at Vericut. “At MACH 2026, we’re excited to show how Vericut Verification, Vericut Optimisation, and Vericut AI give customers flexible ways to optimise machining processes, whether as a standalone solution or as part of a fully verified workflow.”
Vericut invites MACH 2026 attendees to visit the Vericut stand – Hall 20, stand 219 – to see live demonstrations.
