Quality Bearings Online, also known as QBOL, a Leeds-based bearing distributor, has been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, a prestigious annual recognition celebrating the UK’s leading employers for workplace culture, employment engagement and overall employee experience.
Delivered in partnership with WorkL, the nationwide survey recognises organisations that have demonstrated outstanding workplace culture, value their employees and prioritise wellbeing, setting the benchmark for businesses across the UK.

According to the anonymised WorkL survey, QBOL achieved an overall employee engagement score of 89%, more than 14% above the global average. The survey assessed a range of factors, including rewards and recognition, job satisfaction and empowerment.
The company recorded an impressive 89% confidence-in-management score, significantly higher than the global average of 39%. The survey also measured the likelihood of employees leaving their employer within the next nine months, with Quality Bearings Online achieving a score of 0%, highlighting the strong levels of employee commitment and retention across the business.
